Our yoga programs cater to individuals from 8 to 80 years of age, focusing not only on competitive preparation but also on holistic well-being. Each session
combines the ancient wisdom of yoga with modern healthcare treatments, aiming to enhance physical health, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Our
experienced instructors provide tailored guidance for various skill levels,
supporting students in achieving wellness and competing in district, state,
national, and international events.


Silambam:

Traditional Martial Art with Modern Training

Silambam, an ancient martial art, strengthens agility, coordination, and focus. Our expert trainers, with over a decade of experience, bring deep knowledge of this traditional art to each session, creating a challenging yet supportive environment. Through both online and offline classes, students gain the confidence to compete at higher levels, showcasing their skills in recognized competitions across different regions and on international platforms.  


Karate:

Discipline and Defense for All Ages

Karate training at our center emphasizes self-discipline, respect, and physical fitness. Our certified coaches teach various techniques for self-defense and personal growth, ensuring that each student develops confidence, strength, and mental resilience. With training available for competitive events and a curriculum that supports both beginners and advanced students, we prepare individuals to excel in district, state, national, and international competitions.  


Skating:

Building Balance, Speed, and Skill

Our skating program blends fun with skill-building, focusing on balance, agility, and speed. With personalized guidance from coaches experienced in competitive skating, students develop the confidence and technique needed to perform at their best. Our sessions, available online and offline, are designed to nurture beginners while pushing advanced skaters to succeed in competitions, encouraging them to achieve awards at various levels. 


Archery:

Precision, Focus, and Competitive Edge

In our archery program, students are trained to develop unmatched focus, precision, and discipline. Guided by highly skilled coaches, our sessions aim to improve accuracy and strength, preparing archers for competitive events from local to international arenas. With access to both online and offline classes, students gain the skills and mental fortitude needed to excel in this demanding and rewarding sport.  

Courses

1. YogaTeachers Training Course ( YTTC )

DURATION: 6 Months (Weekend Classes),
3 Months ( Weekday Classes )


Eligibility: Minimum Education 10th class Pass

Yoga foundation Knowledge
Asana, Pranayama, Meditation
Teaching Methodology,
Special – Maneyangaladalli Yoga and Yoga Sapthaha Projects an exclusive Program of the University.

2. Diploma In Integrated Health Coach (DIHC)

DURATION: 1 YEAR

Eligibility: Minimum Education 10th class Pass

100% JOB ORIENTED

Entrance Exam will be taken for all desiring students, only for the selected Students the course will be offered

Guidance for QCI and RPL Exam is provided

3. Post Graduate Diploma In Pranayama (PGDY)

DURATION: 1 YEAR

Eligibility: Minimum Education Bachelor Degree in any discipline + YSC/ YIC/TTC/Any Instructor Course

It Includes all TTC Subjects, Yoga Therapy
It includes a primary Knowledge of Vedas, Upanishads, and Integration of Yoga with several other Holistic Systems.

4. Post Graduate Diploma In Acupuncture (PGDY)

DURATION: 1 YEAR

Eligibility: Minimum Education Bachelor Degree in any discipline + YSC/ YIC/TTC/Any Instructor Course

It Includes all TTC Subjects, Yoga Therapy
It includes a primary Knowledge of Vedas, Upanishads, and Integration of Yoga with several other Holistic Systems.

5. M.Sc (YOGA) – Lateral Entry

DURATION: 1 YEAR

Eligibility: Minimum Education Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga (PGDY) and Any Degree with minimum 3 years of YOGA teaching experience

Principles of Yoga and Mental Health,
Yoga Therapy and Holistic Health
Yoga and Alternative Medicine
Yoga Education, Teaching Methodology, Teaching Yoga with international standards
Research Methodology and statistics in Yoga

COURSE CONTENT:

First Semester:

History and development of yoga.
Yogic texts paper 1.
Science of yoga.
Practical’s paper 1.
Internal assessment, assignments and project/ report.

Second Semester:

Principles of yoga therapy.
Yogic texts paper 2.
Research methodology.
Practicals paper 2
Internal assessment assignments and project/ report works.

Activities

Admission Process


Once the application is received for the admissions the academic team will hold an admission interview through telephonic or personal or through the entrance examination, based on the application forms.
All the prerequisites have to be fulfilled by the candidates to get admissions.

6. Doctoral Studies – Doctor of Philosophy and Doctor of Education connected to Yoga as a subject or any Indic Sciences.
