Join us for an extraordinary event that combines artistry, discipline. The “Formation of the Five Elements” is not just a world record attempt but a celebration of unity through diverse cultural expressions. Participants will represent Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Lightning through synchronized performances, showcasing harmony, strength, and resilience.
Performance Overview
- Duration: 60 seconds of continuous performance
- Participation: All five elements performed simultaneously
- Synchronization: A synchronized start on the official countdown
Element Performances (Instructions For Participants)
1. EARTH (Yoga Participants)
- Theme: Stability and Grounding
- Single Continuous Pose: Tree Pose (Vrksasana)
- Stand firm with feet together.
- Slowly lift the right foot to the inner left thigh.
- Raise arms overhead in prayer position.
- Hold the pose steady for 60 seconds.
- Maintain deep, steady breathing and focus on a fixed point for balance.
2. FIRE (Silambam Participants)
- Theme: Dynamic Energy and Power
- Single Continuous Movement: Figure-Eight Staff Spin
- Hold the staff at the center point.
- Create a continuous figure-eight pattern.
- Maintain a steady rhythm without pause, keeping elbows slightly bent.
3. AIR (Archery Participants)
- Theme: Focus and Precision
- Single Continuous Pose: Draw and Hold
- Stand in an archer’s stance and draw the bow to a full anchor point.
- Hold the perfect draw position, maintaining steady aim at the target.
4. WATER (Karate Participants)
- Theme: Fluid Motion
- Single Continuous Movement: Wave Motion Kata
- Start in a front stance and perform continuous flowing arm movements like waves moving forward and back.
5. LIGHTNING (Skating Participants)
- Theme: Speed and Flow
- Single Continuous Movement: Figure Eight Glide
- Start from a center point and perform continuous figure eights, maintaining smooth, flowing motion.
Performance Requirements
- Starting Position:
- All participants in a ready stance, waiting for the official countdown.
- Begin exactly on the “START” signal.
- During Performance:
- Maintain continuous motion/pose for the full 60 seconds with no breaks or pauses.
- Stay within the designated performance area.
- Ending:
- Hold the final position on the “STOP” signal.
- Wait for the official clear signal before exiting the performance area.
Safety Notes
- Wear discipline-appropriate attire.
- Stay within skill level and maintain proper spacing.
- Follow venue safety guidelines and keep hydrated before performance.
Recording Guidelines
- Each venue must have multiple camera angles to capture all performers.
- Continuous, unedited footage required with a visible time display.
- Local venue coordinator (organizer) must be present.

- Organizer Registration: Organizer registration is mandatory to be eligible for the rewards announced by us. In each district, we are approving official organizers. If any academy coach is willing to have their students participate and work with our team, please register through the organizer registration portal link provided below. NOTE : ORGANISERS MUST BE AWARE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS MENTIONED IN REGISTERATION PORTAL READ THROUGH CAREFULLY.

- The registration link is available only on our website, and the recipient name for payments should be Sumathi (CEO of Abhi Yoga Study Centre) OR ABHISHEK (Director of ABHI YOGA CENTRE), Students must ensure that registration payments are made only to this name.
